Every order is packed with care and dispatched from our atelier within 1–2 business days. Here's what to expect.
Shipping methods
Standard
5–7 business days. Tracked from the moment your parcel leaves us.
Express
2–3 business days. For when the moment can't wait.
Live rates and the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 EET (Athens time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
International shipping
We currently ship within Greece, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The list of supported countries — together with the rates and any duty estimates — is shown automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
For non-EU destinations, import duties or local taxes may apply on delivery; these are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by us.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link. You can also see live tracking under My Account → Orders.
Delays or lost parcels
If your order hasn't moved in tracking for more than 5 business days, please reach out — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and either re-send your piece or issue a full refund.
