Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition, and shipped back in the protective box and pouch we sent it in.

What can be returned

  • Unworn pieces in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • All tags and certificates of authenticity must be attached.
  • Gift orders — recipients can request an exchange or store credit.

Final-sale items

  • Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
  • Engraved or made-to-order pieces.
  • Items marked "final sale" at checkout.

How to return

  1. Open the order from My Account → Orders and email us with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid label (Greece & EU) within one business day, plus packing instructions.
  3. Drop the parcel off at any partner courier — keep the receipt.
  4. Refund or exchange is processed within 5 business days of us receiving the piece.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing typically adds 2–5 business days on top of our internal review. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty items.

Exchanges

Want a different size or piece? Mention the replacement in your return email and we'll reserve the new item while your return is in transit. If there's a price difference we'll refund or charge it on receipt.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including original shipping — and cover the return cost.
